Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located in the heart of Miami’s vibrant Kendall neighborhood, Siam Bistro delivers an authentic and delightful culinary journey through Thai and Vietnamese flavors. This charming restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere where the warmth of traditional Southeast Asian cuisine meets modern comfort—perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

The menu at Siam Bistro is a treasure trove for food lovers craving bold and balanced tastes. Start your experience with their expertly crafted appetizers like the Golden Bags, featuring a savory blend of shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, and water chestnut wrapped in a delicate golden pastry, or the crispy Mee Grob, toasted noodles drenched in a sweet sauce and topped with succulent shrimp that tease your palate.

Salads here are far from ordinary; each bite is an explosion of freshness and spice. The Larb Gai offers zesty lime and aromatic scallions paired with tender chicken, while the Seafood Salad layers spicy paste with a medley of seafood that awakens the senses with every forkful.

But what truly sets Siam Bistro apart are its renowned curry dishes, as highlighted by many satisfied guests. The red curry is a standout—rich, deeply flavorful, and customizable to satisfy even the most daring spice lovers. Their Massaman and Yellow curry options entice diners with creamy textures and intricate spice blends that inspire cravings long after your meal has ended. Dive into the Pineapple Duck Curry for a sumptuous balance of sweet and savory, or savor the Khao Soi, a Northern Thai specialty boasting a luscious, creamy broth crowned with crisp noodles—a must-try for true enthusiasts.

Seafood lovers will be drawn to dishes like the Volcano Fish, a dramatic deep-fried creation crowned with mixed vegetables and vibrant sauces, or the Lemongrass Fish with its fragrant topping of special lemongrass sauce, bok choy, and delicate rice vermicelli. Each offering at Siam Bistro demonstrates meticulous attention to flavor layering, texture, and authenticity.

Beyond the brilliantly crafted menu, diners repeatedly praise Siam Bistro for its inviting, quiet atmosphere and the genuine hospitality of its owners, who make every guest feel like family. Whether you’re bringing kids (who adore the crispy chicken katsu) or enjoying an intimate dinner with friends, this gem promises a consistently memorable dining experience.

For those seeking an unparalleled fusion of Thai and Vietnamese tastes expertly served in Miami, Siam Bistro is a destination that never disappoints—transforming every meal into a flavorful celebration of Southeast Asian culinary artistry.

Absolutely love Siam Bistro. Their red curry is AMAZING — I always order it extra spicy and it’s hands down the best red curry I’ve had in Miami. The flavors are rich, balanced, and consistently perfect. I also really appreciate that they have great options for kids; the chicken katsu is a huge hit every time. This place never disappoints.

I love Siam Bistro! Probably just my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently amazing, the atmosphere is quiet, and the owners are very cordial. I have tried every single curry on that menu and I highly recommend all of them. The chicken teriyaki is also great. Really everything is great so just order whatever you want. I can’t recommend this place enough!

To quote my fiancee: "This curry is so good, I want to swim in it!" We had the Massaman and Yellow curry, and honestly we still can't decide which is better. Each time we come we make an effort to try something new, even though everything we've had is amazing and mouthwatering in its own right! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the owner really tries to make you feel welcomed and at home. The Mango sticky rice is one of the best desserts I've ever had, and it's perfect! Not too sweet and perfectly balanced!

Siam Bistro in Miami is a hidden Thai gem! The Pineapple Duck Curry was rich and flavorful, the Khao Soi was perfectly creamy with a crispy touch, and the Pad King was packed with ginger goodness. Everything was delicious, and the service made it even better!

I've been to this shopping plaza a gazillion times. Why I've never tried Siam Bistro before is beyond me!! We started with spring rolls & an order of Curry Puff. They were both so delicious. The pastry was flaky & fresh. My husband had the Masaman Curry Beef & I had the Tofu Pad Thai. Our dishes were cooked perfectly and they were so tasty! I'm bummed I never thought to stop in here & try the food prior to this visit, but we will definitely be repeat customers from now on! I look forward to trying more dishes!

Absolutely loved having lunch here with the family! The food was so delicious and if you’re into spicy, they won’t disappoint. There’s a great variety on the regular menu and on the lunch menu too. The food was very flavorful and I’m excited to come back. Other than that, the service was kind, we felt right at home. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, and the decor was very nice. Overall very clean restaurant with clean bathrooms too.
